This year I had time to make a Dutch Baby pancakes in the morning
A Dutch Baby pancake is a magical, impressive puffed pancake made with just a few simple ingredients. It is not Dutch, but possibly German in origin and first made and popularized in a Seattle restaurant called Manca's cafe. I serve mine tossed with wild blueberries and drizzled with maple syrup.
