New York State Primary Election April 2016

Here we see the main characters of the NY State Primary Election in April 2016, against a symbolic shape of NY State (from my perspective in Lewiston NY). The rose is both the State flower of NY and the national flower; both Democratic candidates are deserving of national prominence. Hillary Clinton is portrayed as a tall, strong, mature yellow rose (meaning friendship, joy, caring and also forgiveness). Bernie Sanders is portrayed as a full, red rose, the traditional symbol of socialism. The Republican candidates are portrayed as dill pickles: Trump and Cruz in the foreground and the other candidates stuck in the vinegar in the old-fashioned canning jar. 11" x 14" x 1,5"
