Joans Appetizers
Here is the sort of appetizer tray my sister Joan makes when friends and family are visiting. From the top: bread, summer sausage, ricotta-stuffed peppers, crackers, fresh mozzarella balls tossed in pesto, fresh figs, olives stuffed with pimento, grapes, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, three chesses, prosciutto and mustard. She laid it out Christmas Eve 2015, I rearranged the elements and took the photo references.
