Freedom Run WInery and orchard looking towards Townline Rd Oct 24
On October 24, 2021, a grey and chilly day, I sat outside and completed this painting from start to finish. The location was at the edge of the vineyard and orchard of Freedom Run Winery. It was apple harvest time, so several boxes of apples were ready to ship. The vines near me and across the fields had been picked and were rangy and golden-green. Across the fields, along Townline, was a lovely white home backed against the Niagara Escarpment.
