Everybody Needs Somebody To Lean On (last harvest of 2022)
My daughter sent me a photo of the final vegetables she harvested from her garden in 2022. She grew four varieties of eggplants. The were all nestled together in a swirl of purples and pinky-reds contrasted with their fresh green tops and three cucumbers.
I pictured the bowl nestled in with the leaves of eggplants and cucumbers.
16" x 16" x 1.5" oil on canvas. Painted all around the sides.
