Archer house at 16770 SW 137 Ave on Feb 11

This cute well-kept and 94 yr old home in Archer Florida (near Gainesville), attracted my eye with its welcoming entry cute, bright yellow walls. I live near this Archer community in the winter and hope that artists will draw attention to and be part of Archer's renaissance. This house is located at 16770 SW 137th Ave in Archer, it is located in Alachua County subdivision #1 (meaning the first housing subdivision in the county!). The home was refurbished by an architect student and his wife, in the '80s, who went on to be a senior museum conservator at the Smithsonian in D.C. (Don Williams). This painting now resides in the home. The painting was based on a photograph I took February 11 2018, and painted days after. Spring was just barely beginning.
12" x 12" oil on canvas, framed.
